General Summary

Indiana Tech is accepting applications for an Online Adjunct Faculty in the College of Arts and Sciences for the programs related to social and behavioral sciences. Social and behavioral sciences may include psychology, sociology, and human services courses.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Teaching undergraduate courses in psychology, human services, and other social science courses as needed.
  • Engage with and support online students
  • Provide engaging learning opportunities and substantive, constructive feedback for students

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in a Behavioral or Social Sciences related field
  • Online College-level teaching experience, preferred.
  • Industry experience in a behavioral or social sciences context
  • Demonstrated evidence of strong written and oral communication.
  • Ability to use technology effectively in all aspects of their work, including teaching.

Working Conditions

Work is normally performed in an online classroom environment, through Canvas Learning Management System.
