"Adjunct Faculty- Health Sciences"

Responsible for completing teaching courses included in general health science degrees which may include Health and Wellness courses, Health Information Management courses and courses for the Healthcare Management 3+1. Courses are taught online through Blackboard Ultra. Faculty are required to utilized the template, lectures, syllabus and assignments as provided. Course development is not needed or a part of this requirement. Faculty are required to promptly answer student questions and assign dates and times to assignments outlined in the course. May include grading discussion questions or papers as well as monitoring student progress in the courses. Responsible for regularly interacting with the course coordinator and dean of the department.

Adjunct Faculty will be paid $681 per credit hour for this position. Sr. Adjunct Faculty will be paid $728 per credit hour. Health Sciences Adjunct Faculty will be paid $854 per credit hour.

Education Required: Master's degree, Experience in a healthcare field or master's degree in an area of management

Experience Required: At least two years' experience working with students and or working in a healthcare area or a degree commensurate with experience in a healthcare field
