Position Summary

The Department of Marketing at La Salle University has an ongoing need for qualified adjunct faculty to teach a variety of courses each semester on an "as needed" basis. These undergraduate and/or graduate courses may include: Principles of Marketing, Marketing Management, Business-to-Business Marketing, Sports Marketing, and Digital Marketing. Courses may be offered in-person or online.

Essential Duties

• Teach assigned course(s).
• Prepare and deliver course material consistent with departmental and school learning objectives, policies and guidelines.
• Provide timely grading and feedback to students.
• Provide guidance and support to students.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Marketing or a related major.
• Applicants with significant industry experience relating to the topic will be considered.
• Knowledge and commitment to the mission of La Salle University.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Business, Marketing or closely related major.
• Previous teaching experience.
• Flexibility in class scheduling.

Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours

• Some classes offered may be in the evenings, on weekends, or online.

This is a pooled position from which Adjunct Instructors will be selected when/if a need arises in the department.
