Position Title: Adjunct Faculty, Philosophy School/Division: Hofstra College of Liberal Arts and Sciences-Social Science Full Time/Part Time: Part-Time Description: The Hofstra College of Liberal Arts and Sciences is pleased to invite applications for Adjunct Instructor/Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Philosophy. The Department of Philosophy at Hofstra occupies offices in Heger Hall and offers both a B.A. and B.S. in philosophy. The Department of Philosophy seeks an Adjunct Instructor/Adjunct Assistant Professor to teach introductory courses in philosophy with emphases on theories of human nature or the meaning of life. Teaching experience plus PhD or ABD preferred.
