Adjunct Faculty - TEMS/EDL
JOB SUMMARY
The Department of Teacher Education: Middle & Secondary and Educational Leadership invites applications for adjunct faculty positions for the 2025-2026 academic year. These part-time positions become available in Fall 2025 for a variety of on-campus, hybrid, and online courses in middle and secondary education (including the professional core) and educational leadership.
Applicants should indicate their educational background and work expertise related to teaching using online learning management systems (e.g., Canvas), as well as their availability for on-campus/hybrid instruction.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree or equivalent in teacher education, secondary education, educational leadership, or related field.
- Three years of successful classroom experience as a teacher or school/district administrator.
- Experience and ability to positively interact with a diverse campus community.
- Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- College-level teaching experience and/or field supervision.
- Experience with curriculum alignment and assessment, and experience using Canvas as an online learning management system.
