Qualifications Required Qualifications MSW Degree from a CSWE accredited social work program Minimum of three years post MSW practice experience Previous field education experience as a field instructor or other social work education related experience Flexibility in schedule during the traditional work day Demonstrated experience working in and fostering an environment of respect, professionalism and civility with a population of faculty, staff, and students from various backgrounds and experiences, or a commitment to do so as a faculty member at VCU Preferred Qualifications Served as field instructor for a minimum of two years Five years of post MSW practice experience Previous higher education teaching experience with a focus on social work education or a related field Knowledge of non-profit and government social service agencies in the state of Virginia
