Vincennes University Distance Education hires adjunct faculty each semester on an as-needed basis. We are accepting applications for adjunct instructors for courses in:

• Communication
• Information Technology
• Social Work
• Computer Science

Minimum qualifications:

Communication: Master’s degree in the discipline. May hold a Master’s Degree in another area, but must have completed a minimum of 18 graduate credit hour in the discipline.

Information Technology: Master’s degree in the discipline. May hold a Master’s Degree in another area, but must have completed a minimum of 18 graduate credit hour in the discipline.

Social Work: Master’s degree in the discipline. May hold a Master’s Degree in another area, but must have completed a minimum of 18 graduate credit hour in the discipline.

Computer Science: Master’s degree in the discipline. May hold a Master’s Degree in another area, but must have completed a minimum of 18 graduate credit hour in the discipline.

Application Process: Interested applicants should submit a Vincennes University application, cover letter, resume/cv, unofficial transcripts showing the highest degree earned, and full contact information for three professional references. Official transcripts will be required prior to employment. Applicants should indicate specifically which courses they are interested in teaching. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
