Job Description:

Adjunct MBA Instructor - Project Management

The Business Administration Department at the Rubel School of Business, Bellarmine University, located in Louisville, Ky. invites applications for an adjunct (one semester) instructor for its MBA course, Project Management. This position is for the Spring 2027 semester. The course is virtual synchronous and will be taught on Thursday evenings, 6:30 - 9:00 p.m. Eastern (Jan. 14, Jan. 28, Feb. 11, Feb. 25, Mar. 11, Mar. 25, Apr. 8, Apr. 22).

Course Description: This course is designed to introduce and explore concepts and practices of project management. Students will apply the skills and tools taught in the class to in-class assignments as well as to projects in other courses and in the workplace. The course covers a broad range of topics ranging from the knowledge necessary to execute a project to the management and leadership of project activities within an organization.

• Master's or doctorate in a field related to Project Management, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or Engineering Management (18 hours minimum graduate coursework).
