SUNY Broome Community College is seeking candidates for part-time adjunct instructors teaching in the Radiologic Technology department.
Applications for Adjunct Instructor positions are accepted on a continuous basis. Candidates are contacted and hired as opportunities arise, depending on the college's needs.
- A Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Teaching and/or clinical experience working with students is highly desired.
- Applicants should be comfortable in the learner-centered classroom and have a strong commitment to the community college mission.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship from the employer.
- Contribute to accreditation and assessment processes.
- Candidates should be able to provide documented two years' clinical experience in the diagnostic imaging discipline.
- The ideal candidate must have the ability to teach all areas of Radiologic Technology and hold an American Registry of Radiologic Technology certification and New York State License.
Offers of employment will be conditional based upon the results of a satisfactory, required pre-employment Standard Background Check.
