Selection process
Selection and ranking criteria:
Each member of the jury individually assigns a quantitative score to each candidate for each criterion, taking into account the evaluation grid in which the maximum scores for each criterion are defined, and provides a written justification for that score.
Based on this score, each member of the jury ranks the candidates, and the final ranking is determined through successive votes for first place, second place, and so on. Each jury member’s vote is justified based on their individual ranking, and the majority vote prevails.
This process yields the final ranking of the candidates.
The provisional final ranking list contains the final quantitative scores for each candidate on a scale of 0 to 100 points, which is calculated as the simple average of the quantitative scores obtained for each evaluation criterion by each jury member; candidates who obtain a final score of 50 points or higher are considered to have passed on the basis of absolute merit.
If the score calculated in the previous step does not correspond to the final ranking obtained, the candidates in question will be evaluated and ranked based on the scoring grid, through a joint and consensual decision among the members of the selection committee.
Once the selection criteria have been applied, the selection committee will draw up a single list of the final ranking of the candidates.
In this way, each candidate’s score and final ranking will be determined, and candidates who obtain an overall score of 50 points or higher will be approved on the basis of absolute merit.
