  • Support participant recruitment, data collection, and participant communication.
  • Help prepare training materials, grant applications, manuscripts, reports, and presentations. Format and proofread documents to ensure clarity and accuracy. Assist with the submission process for academic journals and conferences.
  • Aid in implementing promotional activities to increase community awareness of the research, including developing and maintaining digital mental health materials, engaging on social media, and coordinating/delivering webinars and training activities.

What will help you succeed

Together with your passion for mental health research, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Completion of a 4-year (Honours) undergraduate bachelor’s degree in psychology, behavioural, or social sciences and eligibility for a blue card.

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team research environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to independently manage work tasks and projects according to diverse priorities, ensuring deadlines are met and high-quality outcomes achieved.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with key stakeholders.
  • Experience in implementing or coordinating promotional activities, including recruitment, social media engagement, managing websites, or organizing webinars/seminars.
