Manage and prioritize multiple assignments, deadlines, and
requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, calendars, correspondence,
and other administrative activities as needed.
Prepare, format, proofread, and organize correspondence,
reports, presentations, and other documents.
Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely, courteous, and
professional manner.
Work efficiently in the CRM and other platforms used throughout
the division.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
- 1-3 years of experience
- Experience as an administrative support team member
- Facility with technology.
- Organization and attention to detail: Maintains accurate
records, follows through on assignments, and effectively manages
multiple priorities.
- Confidentiality and discretion: Handles sensitive
information appropriately and demonstrates sound professional
judgment.
- Customer service: Provides responsive, courteous, and
solutions-oriented service to internal and external
constituents.
- Collaboration: Builds positive working relationships and
effectively supports colleagues across the Advancement
Office.
- Flexibility: Responds positively to changing priorities
and is willing to assist where needed.
