Administrative Assistant
Career and Professional Development (CPD) is seeking candidates for a part-time administrative assistant position. The administrative assistant reports to the office manager and will assist with purchasing, travel approvals and reimbursements, scheduling, some customer service activities, and other projects.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational, customer service, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be courteous and professional, customer service oriented, and able to understand and communicate large amounts of information clearly and accurately.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks such as coordinate projects, answer phones, schedule events and appointments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of ChromeRiver, HokieMart, Banner, and SharePoint.
