PART TIME Front Office Administrative

Salary Range : $20,446.44 - $26,382.50 annually .
Compensation will be commensurate upon experience and
qualifications. This position is expected to work 20 hours a week.
This position is Non-Exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act
(FLSA) overtime provisions.

Essential Functions
The duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are
not limited to:
- Covering the front desk, which includes:
- Greeting and checking in and outpatients/clients
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering questions and directing people to the proper
resources.
- Collecting patient/client payments, preparing tickets in
Electronic Medical Record and providing walkout receipts to
patients/clients.
- Collecting and entering student immunization records into
student information system and assisting with immunization tracking
requirements.
- File maintenance and purging of inactive charts, including
scanning into Electronic Medical Record system.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of
hire:
- Must have One (1) year of experience working in a medical
office, counseling office or as school setting(Substitution:
Completion of Medical Administrative Assistant or similar program
that includes internship hours from an accredited college,
university or non-correspondence trade school, may substitute for
experience.)
- Experience working with Electronic Medical Record is
preferred.
- Experience working in a medical or counseling office setting is
preferred.
- Experience working in a college setting is preferred.
- Experience working as a medical assistant in a clinical setting
is preferred.
- Intermediate skills to be able to use Microsoft Office Suite
(Teams, Words, Excel)is preferred.
- Experience with student information systems is preferred.
The University of Colorado Colorado Springs has implemented a
