Position Summary
Administrative Assistant Early College Programs
Full-Time
Primary Responsibilities: This position supports our 1500+ high school students and parents, 50+ partner high schools, and the Early College Programs Team to deliver high-quality, NACEP-accredited programming and services.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for partner school staff, students, and parents
- Assists in building the early college schedule each semester
- Onboards new early college instructors and facilitators, following HR processes
- Ensures student admission and enrollment occurs quickly and is streamlined through our internal software system(s)
- Coordinates textbook processes for high schools
- Helps track requirements for NACEP accreditation
- Provides administrative support, including correspondence, scheduling, supplies, etc.
- Drafts, edits, and proofreads memos, minutes, and reports
- Processes travel requests and expense reports
- Prepares, monitors, and reconciles purchase requisitions
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of customer service
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 software
- Demonstrated ability to organize and handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and maintain positive relationships with students, faculty, staff, and the public
