Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide general support to visitors and students
- Process and enter Electronic Personnel Actions Forms (EPAFs)
- Record accurate meeting minutes
- Maintain budget expense reporting
- Maintain office supplies and promotional items
- Receive, sort, and distribute department mail
- Assist with collection of required documents such as, class rolls, faculty schedules, etc.
- Other related duties, as assigned
Minimum/Preferred Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to operate office equipment: computer, calculator, copier, fax
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in office administration or similar field
- Experience in higher education
- Microsoft Certifications (Word, Excel etc.)
Supplemental Information
Work Hours:
Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week
