Position Details: Completes ordering, purchasing, and inventory of supplies for instruction and research. Helps communicate the Department budget, tracks spending for courses, grants, travel, fleet and pro-card spending, check requests, and start up packages. Will work with Graduate program regarding applications, admissions, and forms. Supervise student workers. Help with course overrides, work collaboratively with staff members to complete other departmental initiatives. Other duties as assigned.
Job Summary: Under general supervision, provides moderately complex administrative support activities to University personnel.
