Summary
The Administrative Assistant to the Vice President for Academic Services and Student Development serves as a highly skilled, confidential, and proactive professional responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President, Academic Deans, and designated areas within Institutional Effectiveness and Compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serves as a professional representative of the Vice President's Office.
- Provides confidential administrative support to the Vice President for Academic Services and Student Development.
- Coordinates and manages confidential faculty evaluation processes.
- Supervises student workers for the Academic Services Office.
- Coordinates meeting arrangements and maintains calendars.
- Monitors and tracks budgets and processes budget transfers.
- Maintains records related to committees, accreditation, and compliance.
- Prepares reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinates awards and assists with Middle States Accreditation Process.
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in a business related field. Minimum of three years' progressively responsible administrative support experience. Act 153 Clearances required.
