Administrative Assistant to the VP for Academic Services and Student Development

Summary

The Administrative Assistant to the Vice President for Academic Services and Student Development serves as a highly skilled, confidential, and proactive professional responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President, Academic Deans, and designated areas within Institutional Effectiveness and Compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serves as a professional representative of the Vice President's Office.
  • Provides confidential administrative support to the Vice President for Academic Services and Student Development.
  • Coordinates and manages confidential faculty evaluation processes.
  • Supervises student workers for the Academic Services Office.
  • Coordinates meeting arrangements and maintains calendars.
  • Monitors and tracks budgets and processes budget transfers.
  • Maintains records related to committees, accreditation, and compliance.
  • Prepares reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinates awards and assists with Middle States Accreditation Process.

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree in a business related field. Minimum of three years' progressively responsible administrative support experience. Act 153 Clearances required.
