Job Description

  • Fixed Term, full-time appointment (until 30 June 2026)
  • Level 3/4: $64,289 - $81,953 + 17% Superannuation 
  • Based at the UOW Innovation Campus 

The Australasian Rehabilitation Outcomes Centre (AROC) at the University of Wollongong comprises a dedicated team of academic and general staff who developed a national benchmarking system to improve clinical rehabilitation outcomes in both the public and private rehabilitation sectors. AROC collects and analyses rehabilitation data, develops clinical and management information reports, provides and coordinates training and certification for relevant outcome measures, and participates in research. 

The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the Australasian Rehabilitation Outcomes Centre (AROC), a national program based at the Innovation Campus. In this role, you’ll contribute to the smooth operation of AROC’s programs by delivering high-quality administrative services across training coordination, stakeholder communication, database maintenance, invoicing, and online store management. Working within a collaborative team, this position is key to supporting AROC’s mission of improving rehabilitation outcomes across Australia and New Zealand.
