- Remuneration: $88,717 + 17% super + leave loading
- Location: UNSW Kensington Campus (On-campus role: 3 days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Why Your Role Matters
As Administrative Officer within the Division of Societal Impact, Equity and Engagement (SIEE), you will play a vital role in supporting the initiatives that help build a more inclusive, equitable and socially impactful university community. Your work will directly contribute to the Division's ability to deliver meaningful outcomes for staff, students and external partners.
Working at the heart of the Division, you will act as a key point of connection for a diverse range of stakeholders, providing responsive administrative support and ensuring the smooth coordination of day-to-day operations. From managing communications and supporting meetings and events to coordinating onboarding activities, your contribution will help teams operate efficiently and effectively.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will support a broad range of functions including finance administration, facilities coordination, systems management and business operations, while helping to maintain high standards of service, professionalism and stakeholder engagement across the Division.

Responsibilities Summary
- Provide high-quality administrative and operational support across the Division of Societal Impact, Equity and Engagement (SIEE).
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing enquiries and coordinating effective communication.
- Support the preparation of meeting documentation, including agendas, minutes, briefing papers and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, events and stakeholder engagement activities to support divisional objectives.
- Manage a range of administrative systems, databases, records and digital resources to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
- Assist with finance administration activities, including purchasing, travel bookings, expense reimbursements, invoicing and credit card reconciliations.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of staff and visitors, including inductions, access requests, equipment coordination and site orientation.
- Liaise with facilities and service providers to manage building, workspace and operational requests.
- Contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance processes, efficiency and service delivery.
- Uphold UNSW values, policies and health and safety requirements while delivering exceptional customer service and stakeholder support.
