Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of administrative support to the operation and management of interdisciplinary undergraduate programmes, including academic quality assurance, admissions, day-to-day programme management, programme promotion, and academic services to undergraduate students
- Managing and monitoring budgets and financial reporting
- Provide support to teaching staff and students
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to programme-level committees
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector
- Strong analytical and logical thinking, and interpersonal, communication, coordination and problem solving skills
- Good command of both English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- A high level of competence in computer literacy
- The ability to work independently and strong sense of responsibility
Salary and Benefits
Commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
