Responsibilities
The appointee is expected to:
- Deal with internal affairs of the DAI, such as daily operations, documentation, communicate with other units
- Develop strategies to enhance the DAI’s internal efficiency
- Provide secretariat support to the Person-in-Charge of DAI
- Provides support for undergraduate matters (e.g. CTLE, examinations) and CCC courses
- Provide support for RPg students, visiting scholars, and visiting students
- Prepare various reports, documentation, budgets, and new initiatives for DAI
- Disseminate the news, findings, achievements of DAI to various channels
- Other administrative duties assigned by the Person-in-Charge of DAI
Requirements
- A recognized Bachelor’s degree with sufficient relevant experience in the tertiary education sector
- An excellent command of written and verbal English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- High level of competence in computer literacy
- Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of responsibility
Salary and Benefits
The commencing salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund, and gratuity.
