Administrative Program Specialist - Third Party Billing

The Administrative Program Specialist (Third Party Billing) plays a key role within Student Financial Services, supporting Eastern Oregon University?s mission by ensuring accurate, efficient, and student-centered financial operations. This position serves as the primary point of contact for third-party contract billing, working closely with students, military and government agencies, and external partners to coordinate complex billing arrangements and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
