Administrative Project Coordinator
This position provides high-quality customer service while supporting daily department operations. The Administrative Project Coordinator assists faculty, staff, students and guests in person, by phone, and via email. This role provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the efficiency of Executive Education programs and student services in the Jindal School of Management (JSOM).
The position plays a key role in facilitating reception, purchasing, scheduling, and administrative management. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented and deadline-driven. This job requires excellent time management, customer service, and patience with repetitive processes.
