Academic Departments Focus (30%) • Department Support: Provide administrative help to Science, Math, Business, Public Service, and IT. • Faculty/Advising: Coordinate adjunct faculty onboarding paperwork and schedule/coordinate advising appointments and calendars. • Instructional Materials: Prepare and distribute instructional materials like syllabi, exams, and handouts. • Technology/Proctoring: Assist with instructional technologies (Blackboard) and proctor exams or cover classes when necessary. Required & Preferred Qualifications: Essential (Required) • Education: High school diploma or GED. • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and demonstrated customer service orientation. • Professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
