Coastal Carolina University is currently accepting applications for the following Time-Limited position: Admissions Recruiter in the Office of Admissions and Merit Awards.
The Admissions Recruiter is responsible for executing policies and procedures for the recruitment of prospective undergraduate students. This position has responsibility with admissions application review and communication with applicants. This position assists with the execution of enrollment events and performs community outreach both on and off campus for the Office of Admissions and Merit Awards that are designed to assist with meeting enrollment goals.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and a valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications: Preference given to recent CCU graduates who were involved in clubs, organizations, athletics, or campus job.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Plans, organizes, and arranges a recruitment schedule for assigned area to represent the University to students and parents for on- and off-campus middle/high school programs, fair programs, private visits, etc.
- Evaluates admissions applications for appropriate decisions under established criteria and guidelines. Provides ongoing contact with assigned applicant pool to ensure file completion, acceptance, and matriculation.
- Meets and greets guests who arrive at the University for a campus tour, conducts pre-presentations, and answers questions when guests return from the tour. Conducts campus tours for students, groups, and VIP.
- Assists with the implementation of all enrollment events to include Saturday Tours, Open House programs, Admitted Student Events, and off-campus events.
Time-limited position with benefits. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Normal work days and hours are M-Th 8:00-5:00 and F 8:00-12:30. The position will serve 37.5 hours/week. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university.
