Manage ordering, inventory, and distribution of admissions materials and branded items. Serve as a consistent in-office presence to support daily workflow, visitors, and departmental needs. Upload SAT scores, batch documents, and transcripts into Slate CRM with accuracy checks. Assist with Welcome Center operations, including select staffing shifts and visitor support. Submit requisitions related to recruitment travel, admissions events, and staff engagement activities. Support planning and execution of on-campus recruitment events, including logistics, materials preparation, and day-of support. Provide excellent customer service to prospective students, families, and external partners via phone, email, and walk-in assistance. Maintain and update process documentation related to recruitment operations and event preparation. Troubleshoot routine admissions or applicant issues and direct students or counselors to appropriate staff when needed. Assist with training and task direction for student workers. Collaborate with admissions leadership to support operational improvements that enhance recruitment effectiveness. Contribute to staff morale by coordinating internal engagement activities, fostering a positive office culture, and supporting team-building initiatives throughout the admissions cycle. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:High school diploma required. Minimum of two to three years of experience in recruitment support, customer service, admissions operations, or related administrative experience. Experience with digital workflows, inventory management, or CRM platforms preferred.
SKILLS:- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service experience with professional communication skills.
- Familiarity with Slate CRM, Banner SIS, or similar systems preferred.
- Comfort working with data uploads, document processing, and accuracy checks.
- Ability to learn new systems and adapt to process improvements.
- Collaborative and dependable, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and transport boxes of recruitment materials up to 15 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have beginning (prefer intermediate level) skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel) and email; experience and understanding of relational database; strongly preferred knowledge of Banner SIS experience; assist with up keep of process documentation.
