Develop user guides, SOPs, and training materials; provide direct workflow and system support to internal admissions staff. Create and maintain dashboards/queries, track workflow trends, and support data integrity. Participate effectively as a member of a project team and coordinate assigned project tasks. Occasional evening or weekend work during peak admissions cycles or major operational initiatives. Hybrid work eligibility may be available based on departmental needs and university policy. Minimum Experience / Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Business Administration, Information Systems, Higher Education, Public Administration, or a related field. Preferred Education Skills and Experience: Experience working in higher education admissions, enrollment management, or student services operations. Two years of professional experience related to business systems analysis, operations management, project coordination, or process improvement; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working with student information systems or CRM platforms such as Slate, Banner, PeopleSoft, or Salesforce, with experience analyzing business processes and documenting operational requirements. Experience serving as a liaison between operational units and technical teams, managing priorities while collaborating across departments. Familiarity with project management methodologies, systems testing, and workflow documentation. Knowledge of FERPA and higher education operational compliance standards.
