Admissions Systems Cal State Apply Module Lead
Job Summary
This position provides primary, hands-on leadership for campus Cal State Apply functionality, overseeing the configuration, annual cycle setup, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of all Cal State Apply processes and integrations. The role also provides secondary support for key components of the CMS Admissions (AD) Module, including SLATE (CRM), decision processing, transcript workflows, and applicant self-service functions to ensure alignment between Cal State Apply and campus admissions operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary campus lead for Cal State Apply functionality, including annual cycle setup, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and coordination with the Chancellor's Office, CSULB Leadership, Student Administration Systems, and Admissions units.
- Coordinate related online functionality that depends on or interacts with Cal State Apply, including the PeopleSoft Admissions Module, and supplemental document workflows.
- Ensures operational integrity and continuity by maintaining detailed descriptions of responsibilities.
- Ensures quality, usability, and integrity of system data by working within approved processes and testing procedures.
