Among the key duties of this position are the following: Demonstrates a commitment to maintain the standard of clinical practice adapted by the American Nurses Association and ensures that nursing care meets the standards of practice for specialty credentialling certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or American Nurses Credentialing Center. Engages in collaborative practice with the physician of protocol for prescriptive practice. Follows protocols for prescriptive practice. Coordinates treatment with members of the treatment team Minimum Education and Experience: Master's Degree in Nursing required and at least two (2) years of nursing experience required preferably as an Advanced Practice Nurse. Must have prescriptive ability.
