Advanced Practice Provider (APP) (PA/NP) Pediatric Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine -Assistant Professor Clinical Practice

Job Summary

The Advance Practice Provider role provides focused care delivery to our Aerodigestive/Dysphasia population, primarily in an outpatient setting, but also in an inpatient setting. This position works independently and collaboratively, providing coordination of care for a highly medically complex population. This position works closely with pediatric pulmonologist, gastroenterologists, otolaryngologists, anesthesiologists, and numerous clinical and administrative team members. Meetings and care conference activities are an important and integral part of this position. This position supports building collaborative relationships, a climate of trust and elevating the delivery of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Outpatient care and planning
• Teaching/mentoring APP students, and other clinical care team members
• Collaboration with QI projects
• Continued academic proficiency in Aerodigestive, Dysphasia, and Pulmonary Medicine

Work Location: Hybrid - this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 4 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.
