Additional Job Description:

• Work Schedule/days per week - Monday thru Friday, 8AM-5PM
• Call requirements - After-hours phone call only (no in-person) Frequency is 1-2 days per month and 3 weekends per year
• EMR - EPIC
• Expected Patient Volume - 16-18 per day
• Expectation of patient age range - from birth thru Provider's preference
