Winona State University invites you to join our Community of Learners as an Advising Coordinator for the Department of Undergraduate Nursing. This is a full-time position. The salary range is $46,372.00 - $93,342.00 with salary placement commensurate with qualifications and experience. As the Advising Coordinator, you will be responsible for promoting student success and retention by supporting the full student lifecycle, from College of Nursing and Health Sciences recruitment and program admission to academic advising for Undergraduate Nursing students. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of comprehensive, student-centered academic advising for the Undergraduate Nursing Department, which includes training faculty advisors and collaborating closely with faculty, staff, and other WSU departments to connect students with resources and foster a holistic academic experience. Minimum qualifications for this position include a Master’s degree in Student Personnel, Counseling, Leadership, Education, or related field and three (3) years of experience in a higher education setting.
