Minimum qualifications- Bachelor's degree required, with emphasis in education, psychology, counseling, STEM, or related field.
- One (1) to Four (4) years of direct, paid, full-time, professional work experience in TRIO programs, student services, academic advising, or related roles.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required to travel to multiple schools and program activity sites. Must also be approved to drive program participants to activities by SLCC Motor pool.
- Must pass Salt Lake City School District and Granite School District background checks.
Preferred Qualifications- Two (2) to four (4) years of direct, full-time, paid, TRIO experience.
- Master's degree, with emphasis in education, psychology, STEM, or related field.
