London Business School is inviting applications for affiliate faculty to teach on the School’s master’s degree and Executive Education programmes starting in the [contact details available in the full listing] academic year.
Courses may be delivered online or face-to-face, on our campuses in London or Dubai. Faculty teach in different formats, including standalone half-day or full-day sessions, 10-week courses that meet once per week or every other weekend, as well as 5-week electives. Our students range from those in our pre-experience master’s programmes (e.g., Masters in Management) to our MBA and Executive MBAs. We also offer open enrolment executive education courses.
Qualifications
We seek exceptional and inspirational educators, and welcome applications from people from both academic and non-academic backgrounds. Successful applicants will teach in the Organisational Behaviour Subject Area.
Candidates should be able and willing to teach a selection of management and leadership courses and sessions that may include topics such as negotiations and influence, teams, leading change, power, organizational transformation, culture, innovation, personality, interpersonal dynamics, or leading in the age of AI.
A PhD in a relevant field is required, and we strongly prefer candidates with evidence of successful teaching to MBA, executive, and/or early-career audiences. The ideal candidate lives in or close to London, or is willing to travel to London on their own budget.
