Alumni Benefits & Communication Coordinator
Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinate and grow affinity benefits programs including but not limited to the auto insurance program and the life insurance program, license plate program.
- Act as the department liaison for Salesforce data requests and send electronic communication to alumni as needed for UA.
- Manage and coordinate alumni ID card distribution and requests.
- Provide support for alumni website, emails, event registration pages, & TU Today.
- Manage and grow online discount service and ticket programs.
- Assist with Volunteer Service Programs, recognition events and Career Fairs/Open Houses.
- Coordinate alumni virtual benefits including the Alumni Learning Consortium.
- Layout alumni newsletters and various other pieces of communication.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least one year of related experience with marketing and/or communications.
- Knowledge in constituent relations in an academic setting, knowledge of marketing and/or communications.
- High level representation of the University and the Office of Alumni Relations under some circumstances.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and follow up skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong commitment to communication, collaboration, and customer service.
