"Alumni Officer"

The University of Nicosia (UNIC) is a leading research university ranked in the Top 501-600 in the 2025 Times Higher Education World University Rankings.

UNIC Health, invites applications for UNIC Athens Campus at Elliniko for the full-time post of Alumni Officer to join its team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive alumni engagement program.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of alumni events, including reunions, networking events, and lectures.
• Identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with alumni donors and volunteers.
• Manage and maintain the alumni database, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Develop, maintain, and regularly update a bank of alumni success stories.
• Develop and deliver communication materials for alumni, such as newsletters and social media content.
• Support the alumni association and volunteer leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in alumni relations, development, or a related field.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in event planning and management.
• Experience in social media marketing and communications.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work as part of a diverse team and on own initiative.
• Willing to travel internationally.

The ideal candidate should be eligible to work in the European Union/ European Economic Area.
