"Anesthesiologist, Clinical Assistant/Associate/Full Professor, Anesthesiology, Pediatric"

The Renaissance School of Medicine, Stony Brook University, Department of Anesthesiology, is recruiting for a Physician/Pediatric Anesthesiologist. The candidate will provide anesthetic care to patients undergoing surgery or other procedures, and will provide consultation before and after the anesthetic procedure. The candidate will be actively engaged in the instruction and/or supervision of medical students, resident physicians, and certified registered nurse anesthetists. An active role in clinical and/or basic research will be strongly encouraged.

Required Qualifications: MD or DO (or foreign equivalent) degree. Board certified/eligible in Anesthesiology & Pediatric Anesthesia. Completed, or currently attending, an ACGME accredited Fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesia. Candidates must hold licensure, or, be eligible for licensure as a Physician in New York State.

Preferred Qualifications: Interest and Skilled in the provision of regional analgesia to infants and neonates. Interest in pursuit of clinical research.
