Mahi Ngātahi | Who You Will Work With
Our Business Services team sits within the wider Digital Services team. We are relaxed, collaborative, and enjoy working closely with one another to share expertise. Our mission is to provide support for UC staff which includes new technologies for these functions for the University.
Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
- Provide expert support for Microsoft 365 and related platforms.
- Maintain and enhance application performance, upgrades, patching, and continuity planning
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams, vendors, and business units
- Assist in designing and implementing solutions to improve collaboration and automate processes
- Manage service tickets and assist with issue resolution
- Maintain documentation, security, and compliance standards
- Participate in system training, testing, and knowledge sharing activities
You will primarily work with our Business Services team as they work to implement IT initiatives to improve efficiencies.
Mōu | Who You Are
You have significant experience in IT, ideally with experience of SaaS and web-based applications. Experience with M365 is desired however if you are enthusiastic about learning new systems and want to grow your experience, we are happy to teach you.
As you will be key in supporting UC staff, it's key that you have a service centric work ethic, can build genuine relationships, and enjoy problem solving.
