As our company continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated Area Sales Manager to drive growth within an assigned territory. Acting as the primary customer contact, this individual will collaborate with lumber dealers, millwork distributors, stair builders, contractors, and other key industry partners to uncover new opportunities, provide tailored solutions, and strengthen strategic relationships that support long-term success.

Requirements:- Develop and grow sales within an assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Build strong partnerships with lumber dealers, millwork distributors, stair builders, contractors, and other industry professionals.
- Achieve sales, profitability, customer retention, and new account growth objectives.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and account reviews to drive engagement and business growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by recommending products and solutions that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer service and project support.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to uncover new opportunities and support strategic growth.
