Please note from date of hire the Clinical Student Liaison will be part-time until May 18th for training, and then will transition to fulltime. They will be …
- Coordinating student rotations. Responsible for tracking all student-credentialing requirements necessary for each rotation.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree
- Two years proven organizational experience in academic, health care or similar environment.
- Credentialing experience preferred.
- Capability of working independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Cooperative and able to work in team situations.

- Knowledge of entry level PA curriculum.
- Ability to interact with administration, faculty, staff, students and general public in a professional manner.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload in order to meet necessary deadlines.
- Experience in business or academic office setting.
- Experience interacting with internal and community affiliates.
- Ability to follow and share information regarding university policy and procedures.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple detail-oriented projects and task simultaneously.
- Ability to read, analyze and interprets common scientific and medical terms.
- Ability to write communications that conform to the prescribed style and format.
- Possess advanced knowledge and skills utilizing PC-bases computers including server and internet functions.
- Proficiency with basic computer operations including word-processing, spreadsheet, data base, graphics and publications.
