Assessment Coordinator
Under general supervision, the Assessment Coordinator provides administrative support to the School of Education by maintaining accurate data systems, coordinating communication and records for field placements and assessments, and supporting compliance with accreditation requirements. This position ensures that essential clerical and data-related functions are performed efficiently to support licensure and field-based learning activities.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Must be able to work within both a Mac and PC platform and manage internally networked computer systems. Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work without supervision. Must demonstrate strong time management skills by meeting work schedules and fulfilling job responsibilities and commitments. Must have excellent communication skills and show an aptitude to solve problems with an approach that puts customer service first. Must be able to communicate effectively with multiple people during high volume periods. Requires knowledge of computer data management systems including Microsoft Office.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a job related field and no prior work experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
