The Registry is responsible for planning and implementing policies related to academic development and quality assurance, student admissions, registration, records, class scheduling, assessment, and academic policies, as well as administering study programmes and overseeing graduation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee undergraduate application processing and reporting, identifying trends that drive our admission strategies
- Supervise and develop a small team to design and implement forward-thinking recruitment initiatives
- Align internal and external stakeholders on compliant and cohesive admission processes
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
Requirements
- A recognised degree with substantial post-qualification work experience in the tertiary education sector (admissions background is strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is required, and familiarity with IT systems and AI tools is an advantage
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Candidates with less/more experience will be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.
Salary and Fringe Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund, and gratuity.
