Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of administrative and clerical support to the Office of the President
- Provide logistical support to meetings, events and activities
- Liaise with internal and external parties
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor(s)
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree
- High proficiency in written and verbal English, Putonghua and Cantonese
- A strong sense of responsibility
- Proactive, well-organized, and detail-minded
- Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
Salary and Fringe Benefits
Commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits and mandatory provident fund. Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract for a duration of 1 year.
