Assistant, Assistant Professor
The Dean of the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University announces a recruitment process for the position of Assistant, Assistant Professor at the Department of Administrative Science and Administrative Law
Your duties will include:
- contributing to the teaching of courses delivered at the department (in particular the general and specific parts, administrative procedural law, and selected topics from the field of administrative science),
- preparing study and teaching materials, including electronic materials,
- participation in research activities, including contributions to publications,
- contributing to the organisational aspects of research and teaching activities, including related administrative tasks.
We require:
- a completed Master’s degree from a law faculty, specialising in Law,
- a genuine interest in administrative law and public administration,
- a teaching focus on administrative law,
- teaching aptitude, or practical teaching experience,
- the ability to conduct independent academic and research work,
- ability to teach and publish in Czech and English; knowledge of German an advantage,
- good character,
- information regarding the employee’s other employment relationships within the meaning of Section 70 of Act No. 111/1998 Coll. on Higher Education Institutions, as amended.
