The Business School of Hunan University of China invites applications for multiple positions in marketing at all different levels (Assistant, Associate, and Full Professors). All ranks will be considered.

Applicants must have a doctorate degree in Marketing or related fields (psychology, economics etc.). We seek for applicants from all areas of marketing (consumer behavior, marketing management, and/or empirical modelling).

Responsibilities：

• Conduct full-time lecturing and research in the disciplines of management science and business administration.
• Build research teams; advise young researchers for international competence
• Promote international influence of relevant disciplines; participate in curriculum construction and development; develop and coordinate international academic exchange events and collaboration
• Apply for research grants for national research projects
• Publish papers in international journals as the first or corresponding author affiliated to the Business School of Hunan University
• Advise students on their course work, research and thesis.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual salary up to RMB 350,000 for assistant professor ; competitive salary package is negotiable for associate professor and full professor; the special package is negotiable for highly competent candidate.
• Settlement allowance up to RMB 300,000 for professors, RMB 200,000 for associate professors, and RMB 150,000 for assistant professors.
• Monthly accommodation rental subsidy for 2 years, RMB 400 for unmarried and RMB 600 for married.
• Research funding available for assistant professors, associate professors, and full professors, up to RMB 150,000/300,000/500,000 respectively.
• Full university benefits and public insurance.
• Special track is available for professional promotion.
• Competitive bonus package related to research and accommodations is available based on the applicant’s academic achievements.
