This is the ideal role for a self-starter and a team player, and will offer the opportunity to excel in interaction with patients, colleagues, staff and management, and excel in a high-volume environment with a commitment to high quality patient and family centered care, continuous quality improvement, research and teaching. In this role, the successful candidate will perform all types of vascular and non-vascular Interventional Radiology (IR) procedures, and participate fully in the supervision, processing and interpretation of all vascular CT and MRI studies. This role may also offer the opportunity to interpret all other types of diagnostic radiology studies (X-ray, ultrasound, CT and MRI). The position includes a significant opportunity for advancement in clinical leadership and research in IR, both at the University of Toronto and at SMH.

The successful candidate will join the Division of Interventional Radiology in the Department of Medical Imaging at SMH, and participate in the acute on-call roster covering Interventional Radiology.
