"Assistant/Associate/Full Professor in Digital Finance and AI"

Position Overview

The Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences (HASS) cluster at SUTD invites applications for a tenure-track, open-rank faculty position in Digital Finance and AI (Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level).

We seek an outstanding scholar in digital finance, preferably with experience applying machine learning, artificial intelligence, or related tools in research.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong research profile, including publications and grant funding.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary research, particularly in collaboration with colleagues in engineering, architecture, computer science, and design.
• Lead the development and teaching of new undergraduate courses in Digital Finance for an interdisciplinary degree in design, AI, and economics.
• Mentor doctoral and postgraduate students in Digital Finance or related interdisciplinary fields.
• Experience or interest in fostering collaborations with industry or the public sector is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Excellent record of effective university-level teaching.
• Potential to develop new directions in interdisciplinary research.
• Interest in collaborating with scientists and technologists.
