Job Descriptions and Qualifications

Position: Full Professors and Chair Professors

• Qualifications/Experience: 1. A Ph.D. (or equivalent) in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Materials Science Demonstrated leadership as a Principal Investigator or significant contributions to high-level research with notable achievements

Position: Tenure-Track Associate Professors (Class A)

• Qualifications/Experience: 1. A Ph.D. (or equivalent) in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Materials Science Proven experience as an independent investigator or substantial contributions to high-level research with outstanding achievements. Prior experience as an assistant professor is not required

Position: Tenure-Track Assistant Professors (Class B)

• Qualifications/Experience: 1. A Ph.D. (or equivalent) in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Materials Science Evidence of contributions to high-level research with respectable achievements

Position: Postdoctoral Researchers

• Qualifications/Experience: 1. A Ph.D. (or equivalent) in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Materials Science Potential to contribute significantly to high-level research with some achievements

Benefits:

• Competitive salary: Full Professor: $105K–$150K (USD) Associate Professor: $80K–$100K (USD) Assistant Professor: $53K–$75K (USD) Postdoctoral Researchers: $50K–$60K (USD)
