Job Overview

The Primary Care Network consists of 15 clinical sites caring for more than 100,000 patients across the Cincinnati Tri-State region. The Department of Internal Medicine is in search of a physician to join our practice in Clifton (222 Piedmont Ave Suite 8000, Cincinnati, Ohio 45219).
Essential Functions
- Diagnose diseases or study medical conditions using techniques such as gross pathology, histology, cytology, cytopathology, clinical chemistry, immunology, flow cytometry, and molecular biology.
- Write reports summarizing analyses, results, and conclusions.
- Identify the etiology, pathogenesis, morphological change, and clinical significance of diseases.
- Analyze and interpret results from tests.
- Document findings, plan, and actions taken according to departmental guidelines and standards.
- Maintain a working knowledge of relevant medical/legal issues that impact on patient care.
- Maintain records and statistics in accordance with department policies.
- Attend and participate in staff, committee, department, and other administrative meetings.
- Participate in department's continuous quality improvement efforts.
- Provide education to other health care professionals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Medical Degree (MD or DO).
- Completion of a 3-year Internal Medicine residency program.
- Licensure by the State of Ohio Medical Board.
- Active DEA license.
Position Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a four (4) clinical day work week for full-time. Clinical teaching opportunities with both medical students and residents.
